The fund provides the following support and cooperation for selected institutions:<\/p><p>1.\u00a0Fund\u00a0for\u00a0scientific\u00a0research\u00a0and\u00a0innovation<br \/>Based\u00a0on\u00a0practical\u00a0application,\u00a0we\u00a0will\u00a0further\u00a0promote\u00a0the\u00a0research\u00a0and\u00a0innovation\u00a0ofuniversities\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0fields\u00a0of\u00a0cyberspace\u00a0security,\u00a0big\u00a0data\u00a0(including\u00a0big\u00a0data\u00a0medical),cloud\u00a0computing,\u00a0artificial\u00a0intelligence\u00a0(including\u00a0artificial\u00a0intelligence\u00a0medical)\u00a0and\u00a0block\u00a0chain.\u00a0The\u00a0fund\u00a0will\u00a0provide\u00a0a\u00a0subsidy\u00a0of\u00a020~60\u00a0million\u00a0yuan\u00a0for\u00a0each\u00a0research\u00a0project\u00a0(including\u00a050%\u00a0project\u00a0funds\u00a0and\u00a050%\u00a0resources\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0construction\u00a0of\u00a0experimental\u00a0conditions\u00a0and\u00a0supercomputing.\u00a0The\u00a0proportion\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0two\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0adjusted\u00a0according\u00a0to\u00a0project\u00a0conditions).<\/p><p>2.\u00a0Fund\u00a0for\u00a0teaching\u00a0reform<br \/>To\u00a0further\u00a0promote\u00a0the\u00a0teaching\u00a0reform\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0fields\u00a0of\u00a0cyberspace\u00a0security,\u00a0big\u00a0data\u00a0(including\u00a0big\u00a0data\u00a0medical),\u00a0cloud\u00a0computing,\u00a0artificial\u00a0intelligence\u00a0(including\u00a0artificial\u00a0intelligence\u00a0medical)\u00a0and\u00a0block\u00a0chain,\u00a0the\u00a0fund\u00a0will\u00a0provide\u00a0a\u00a0subsidy\u00a0of\u00a010~30\u00a0million\u00a0yuan\u00a0for\u00a0each\u00a0project\u00a0(including\u00a050%\u00a0project\u00a0funds\u00a0and\u00a050%\u00a0resources\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0construction\u00a0of\u00a0experimental\u00a0conditions\u00a0and\u00a0supercomputing.\u00a0The\u00a0proportion\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0two\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0adjusted\u00a0according\u00a0to\u00a0project\u00a0conditions).<\/p><p>3.\u00a0The\u00a0projects\u00a0and\u00a0application\u00a0conditions\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0fund\u00a0for\u00a0research\u00a0and\u00a0innovation\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0teaching\u00a0reform\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0in\u00a0line\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0requirements\u00a0of\u00a0&#8220;Guide\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Application\u00a0for\u00a0Fund\u00a0for\u00a0Innovation\u00a0and\u00a0Teaching\u00a0Promotion\u00a0of\u00a0&#8216;Tiancheng\u00a0Huizhi'&#8221;\u00a0(Annex\u00a01).\u00a0<\/p><p>4.\u00a0The\u00a0execution\u00a0time\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0projects\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0funds\u00a0is\u00a0from\u00a0March\u00a01,\u00a02019\u00a0to\u00a0February\u00a028,\u00a02020,\u00a0which\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0moderately\u00a0extended\u00a0according\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0complexity\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0project,\u00a0but\u00a0shall\u00a0not\u00a0over\u00a0two\u00a0years.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Topic Application<\/strong><\/p><p>1. The applicant institution shall fill out the \u201cTiancheng Huizhi Innovation and Education Fund Project Application Form-Research and Innovation Fund\u201d in accordance with the requirements of the \u201cTiancheng Huizhi Innovation and Education Fund Application Guide\u201d (Annex 1). Or &#8220;Tiancheng Huizhi&#8221; Innovation Promotion Fund Project Report &#8211; Teaching Reform Fund (Annex 3).<\/p><p>2. The deadline for application for the project is\u00a0September 30, 2018.<\/p><p>3. The electronic version of the application shall be sent to tcfund@cutech.edu.cn.
