The fund supports the science and education technology of universities in big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, internet information security, fiscal and taxation technology, cross-border e-commerce and other related fields.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

1. Topic Description<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

1. The fund is set up for the application of big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, internet information security, fiscal and taxation technology, and cross-border e-commerce in education in colleges and universities. The fund will provide no more than 400,000 yuan for each topic. (including 50% of the project funding and 50% of the research software and hardware platforms).<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2. The direction and application requirements of the funding project shall be in accordance with the requirements of the \u201cGuidelines for the Application of the Fund of Intelligence and Finance-driven Development of Education\u201d (Annex 1).<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

3. The implementation time of the funding project is from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. The implementation period can be extended according to the complexity of the project, and the maximum period should be no more than two years.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

4. The intellectual property rights obtained from the funded project are jointly owned by the funder and the project leader.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2. Application for the Topic<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

1. The applicant institution shall fill in the \u201cApplication Form of the Intelligence and Finance-driven Development of Education Funding\u201d (see Annex 2) in accordance with the requirements of the \u201cIntelligence and Finance-driven Development of Education Funding\u201d.<\/p>

2. The deadline for application for the project is\u00a0December 31, 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>
