A living allowance is provided according to the actual expenses incurred during the exchange training, transportation, meals and accommodation, up to a maximum of three times per person, not exceeding 30,000 yuan per person per year for overseas exchange training and 10,000 yuan per person per year for domestic<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>exchange training. According to the post-subsidy mode, the employer will pay the relevant expenses first and then apply for the subsidy in accordance with the procedures.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Conditions:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>The applicant should be\u00a0<\/span>under 55<\/strong>\u00a0in general.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>Types:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>(1) Overseas\u00a0<\/span>T<\/span>raining\u00a0<\/span>S<\/span>ubsidies<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Go to relevant overseas institutions for professional training, training or visiting scholarship (excluding academic or degree education) for three months or\u00a0more, or\u00a0conduct cooperative research on projects. The\u00a0<\/span>funding<\/span>\u00a0is not more than 15,000 Yuan per person for 3-6 months; for more than 6 months, the fee is not more than 30,000 Yuan per person.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>(2) Overseas Exchange Grants<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>To participate in important academic conferences or exchange and discussion activities abroad. If the venue is in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, the sponsorship fee shall not exceed 10,000 yuan per person; if the venue is in Asia (excluding China), the\u00a0<\/span>funding<\/span>\u00a0shall not exceed 20,000 yuan per person; if the venue is outside Asia, the\u00a0<\/span>funding<\/span>\u00a0shall not exceed 30,000 yuan per person.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>(3) Domestic Training Sponsorship<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Travel to relevant institutions in China for professional training, training or visiting scholarship (excluding academic or degree education) for three months or more, or to conduct cooperative research projects. The sponsorship fee shall not exceed\u00a0<\/span>5000 yuan\u00a0<\/span>per person for 3-6 months and RMB 10,000 per person for more than 6 months.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>(4) Domestic Exchange Grant<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>To attend important academic conferences or exchange and discussion activities in China, the sponsorship fee shall not exceed<\/span>\u00a05,000 yuan<\/span>\u00a0per person.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Note: The conferences or exchanges mentioned above should be included in the Guideline for Significant Academic Conference 2018 published by Chinese Association of Science.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The time for the training, conference and exchange should be during 2017.12.20-2020.5.30.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Attachments:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>Personal<\/span>ID certificate<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

  1. The employer’s supporting materials (<\/span>legal person representative certificate<\/span>);<\/span><\/li>
  2. T<\/span>he exchange and training related contracts (agreements) signed by the employing unit and thetalents;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  3. T<\/span>he<\/span>invoice\/proof<\/span>\u00a0of the payment\u00a0<\/span>from employing unit\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>the expenses spent by the applicant<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  4. Evidence of the main<\/span>achievement\/<\/span>results during the exchange training or participation in the project.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    Provide\u00a0<\/span>copy\u00a0of item\u00a0no.1<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0<\/span>attachment<\/span>\u00a0materials, and\u00a0provide\u00a0<\/span>originals and copies of<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>other materials (originals<\/span>\u00a0would be<\/span>\u00a0returned after review,\u00a0<\/span>each material needs\u00a0<\/span>one copy<\/strong>, to be verified by the reporting unit and stamped with the unit’s administrative seal).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
