Guidelines for the projects data warehousing and project application of the 2023 provincial science and technology innovation strategy special project (“major special project + task list”)<\/strong><\/p>

Topic 1<\/strong>: Special topic of basic and applied basic research in provincial laboratories<\/p>

Application requirements:
The project applicant must be the Guangdong Laboratory of Chemistry and Fine Chemicals<\/p>

Topic 2<\/strong>: Special Topic of Basic and Applied Basic Research for higher education organization in Shantou<\/p>

Supporting research directions:
Targeting the development need of key industries listed in the \u201cthree new, two special, one big\u201d plan like new energy, new materials, new generation electronic information technology, toy creativity, textiles and clothing, and general health, support higher education organizations in Shantou, such as Shantou University, GTIIT and Shantou Vocational and Technical College, to carry out basic and applied basic research. It will also provide technical support for the cultivation and development of key industries listed in the \u201cthree new, two special, one big\u201d plan and promote the high-quality development of these industries.<\/p>

Application requirements:
(1) Encourage active participation in the construction of an international science and technology innovation center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Strengthen scientific and technological cooperation and talent exchanges with domestic and foreign higher learning and scientific research institutes;
(2) Each organization can only submit 5 applications for this topic.<\/p>

Project period:
In principle, no more than 3 years.<\/p>

Funding method and funding amount:
Advance payment, funding amount should not exceed 500K yuan per project.<\/p>

Topic 3: <\/strong>Special topics on technological breakthrough of key core technologies in key industries<\/p>

Application requirements:
The project applicant must be a high-tech enterprise or a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise within the validity period<\/p>

Topic 4: <\/strong>Special topic of Shenzhen-Shantou science and technology cooperation<\/p>

Application requirements:
(1) Project cooperation organizations must include enterprises and institutions registered in Shenzhen by the law and an independent legal person.
(2) The project should have clear R&D goals and plans, and the project outcome should include at least one new product, new technology, new material, or new technique. The project outcome should also include at least 2 invention patents or software copyrights; Cultivate no less than 2 local talents in Shantou City, or attract no less than 2 talents to Shantou City.<\/p>

Topic 5: <\/strong>Special topic on the cultivation of national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks<\/p>

Application requirements:
The project application organizations must be enterprises in the core area of \u200b\u200bprovincial agricultural science and technology parks that have been approved by the Shantou government and with a construction period of fewer than 3 years. It should also have good demonstration, promotion, application capabilities and necessary infrastructure.<\/p>

Topic 6: <\/strong>Special topic on research and development and application promotion of advanced and applicable agricultural technologies<\/p>

Application requirements:
(1) The project applicant must have a good demonstration, promotion, application capabilities, and necessary infrastructure. The size of existing production demonstration base should be bigger than 50 mu.
(2) Each organization can only submit 1 applications for this topic.<\/p>

Topic 7: <\/strong>Special topic on scientific and technological innovation in the development of public wellbeing and social development<\/p>

Supporting research directions:
Focus on supporting water, air (diesel vehicle exhaust, etc.), soil and other pollution control, livestock manure resource utilization, water saving, energy conservation and emission reduction, disaster prevention and mitigation, information security, public safety (fire fighting, food, hazardous chemicals, red fire ant control, etc.), drug control and other public wellbeing technology research and development.<\/p>

Application requirements:
(1) The project applicant must have good scientific research and development capabilities and foundations, and be able to provide the necessary experimental equipment and financial support for the implementation of the project;
(2) The project should have technical indicators or social benefit indicators that can be tested. The project outcome should include 1 patent during the project implementation period, establishing 1 key equipment and technical standard, or publish 2 relevant papers at or above the provincial level, or achieving sales revenue of more than 1 million yuan for related products and services;
(3) The implementation of the industrialization of the scientific and technological achievements of the project must be in Shantou City;
(4) Each organization can only submit 1 application for this topic.<\/p>

Topic 8: <\/strong>Special topic on the construction of medical and health science and technology innovation platform<\/p>

Application requirements:
(1) The project applicant organization must be a higher education organization, scientific research institution, medical and health institution, or other organization with an independent legal person in Shantou city. The project applicant must have good scientific research and development capabilities and foundations, and be able to provide the necessary experimental equipment and financial support for the implementation of the project.
(2) Each organization can only submit 1 application for this topic.<\/p>

Topic 9: <\/strong>Special topics for technological breakthrough in medical and health scientific research<\/p>

Application requirements:
(1) The project applicant organization must be a higher education organization, scientific research institution, medical and health institution, or other organization with an independent legal person in Shantou city. The project applicant must have good scientific research and development capabilities and foundations, and be able to provide the necessary experimental equipment and financial support for the implementation of the project.
(2) Each organization can only submit 1 application for this topic.<\/p>
