Biodiversity on a Changing Planet (BoCP) Collaboration Project between NSFC and United States NSF<\/strong><\/p>

NSFC has announced a call on biodiversity jointly with US NSF, and it\u2019s encouraged to expand the collaboration among China-US-Brazil, China-US-South Africa, China-US-Brazil-South Africa to make it a multilateral collaboration project.<\/p>

1. Collaboration Research Project: The funding scale can be up to 4.5 million, and three projects will be funded. The project period will be 5 years from 1st October 2023 \u2013 30th Sept 2028. And the PIs of each country will need to submit the application through their respective funding agencies (NSFC, NSF, FAPESP, NRF). \u00a0<\/p>

2. Collaboration and Exchange Project: the funding scale will not exceed 1 million, and the project period will be three years from 1st October 2023 \u2013 30th Sept 2026. And the PIs of each country will need to submit the application through their respective funding\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 agencies (NSFC, NSF, FAPESP, NRF). \u00a0<\/p>

The PI of the Chinese side should have an ongoing NSFC project or have completed a NSFC project which duration is 3-years or more, and host a senior title.<\/p>
