Software wizards in FACSDiva software make aseptic sort easy and effective. The sorter in our facility have five lasers at 355nm, 407nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 633nm allowing for multicolor analysis of up to 20\u00a0parameters. It can sort 1, 2, 3, or 4 populations simultaneously and is equipped with an Automated Cell Deposition Unit (ACDU) for sorting into multi-well plates and slides.
