These molecules were therapeutically restricted by their low solubility, permeability, stability, and oral bioavailability. Plant-derived extracellular nanoparticles are gaining more and more attention as promising carriers of hydrophobic bioactive molecules to human cells. These nanoparticles, sonicated from the waste of pepsin enzymatic hydrolysates, were remarkably biocompatible, biodegradable, and highly abundant. There are 3 main overarching objectives:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Using advanced microscopy techniques to investigate the structural differences of original plant-based nanoparticles as well as the hydrophobic compounds\u2019 nano complexation. <\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Using accelerated preservation techniques as well as <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>in vitro<\/i><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> gastrointestinal digestion methods to evaluate stability and the bioavailability of the nanocomplexes, respectively. <\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Using <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>in vitro<\/i><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> Caco-2 cell model to evaluate the permeability of nanocomplexes, and to further study the absorption and transport mechanism of nanocomplexes. <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09d5130 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"09d5130\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img width=\"640\" height=\"343\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.gtiit.edu.cn\/foodinnovationgroup\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/81\/2023\/08\/gadrgsrg-1024x549.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(4) Ultrasound-induced plant-based nanoparticles and their application on the delivery of hydrophobic bioactive molecules.
