F01 – GTIIT Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) – 1102
技术披露表IDF是申请人提供给GTIIT IP Committee的专利申请资料，该交底书用于发明人所在团队及学院对科技成果职务属性、申请意向进行审查确认。审批通过后会成为专利代理公司撰写申请文件的基础材料。
【注意】根据GTIIT专利申请流程,完成此表格之后，请遵循以下步骤：
- 修改IDF文件名为: PI 姓名-IDF- 发明名称- 日期 (如20230101);
- 将IDF发送至知识产权专员 dee.chen@gtiit.edu.cn，邮件主题为 “PI姓名- IDF-专利申请-(若有补充信息)” 。
The Invention disclosure form (IDF) is the patent application material provided by the inventor(s) to the GTIIT IP Committee. After approval, it will become the basic material for the patent agency to write the application documents.
【Attention】 According to the GTIIT patent application process, after completing this form, please:
- Modify the IDF file name as follows: PI name-IDF-Invention name-Date (e.g. 20230101);
- Send the IDF to IP assistant chen@gtiit.edu.cn, with the email subject “PI name- IDF- Patent application- (If any other clarification)”.
