aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9251\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><p>Yuanshen Qi received his BEng (Hons) in Materials Science and Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and Monash University, and Ph.D. from Monash University in 2016. He was a postdoctoral fellow in the Technion \u2013 Israel Institute of Technology before joining GTIIT as an associate professor in October 2020. At the GTIIT, Dr. Qi\u2019s lab (Electrically-assisted Nanometallurgy) focuses on utilizing electric current to control the evolution of crystal lattice defects. Expertise in electron microscopy and physical metallurgy enables the in-depth investigation of electroplasticity and electromigration phenomena at the nanoscale.
