The Center for Cosmology and Astrophysics (CCA) at GTIIT explores the universe’s fundamental nature through large-scale structure studies, galaxy surveys, and multi-wavelength observations.
Our research integrates Cosmic Microwave Background data with large-scale galaxy surveys to understand cosmic evolution from primordial fluctuations to modern structure formation.
We work across observational cosmology, astroparticle physics, and cosmic magnetic fields using radio, infrared, visible, and ultraviolet data.
Our recent PRL papers, “Overdispersed Radio Source Counts and Excess Radio Dipole Detection”, was discussed by well-known science YouTuber Sabine Hossenfelder. Her video reached over 222k views in the first day and is still climbing.
