TOSOH HLC-8420GPC EcoSEC Elite

Gel permeation chromatography (GPC), a form of size exclusion chromatography, is an analytical technique used to separate molecules based on their size and to determine their average molecular weights (Mn, Mw, Mz). It is widely used for characterizing the molecular weight distribution of polymers and other macromolecules.

The TOSOH EcoSEC HLC-8420 GPC system integrates a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) platform with a dual-flow refractive index (RI) detector, which greatly enhances baseline stability and minimizes signal drift. This system is extensively used in polymer science, materials engineering, pharmaceutical research, and advanced chemical analysis.
