Core Facility

The BFE Core Facility was established during 2020 under Biotechnology and Food Engineering program as a technology and a knowledge center intended to serve entire GTIIT research community, from undergrads to postdocs to faculty and staff, as well as other academic and industrial clients from Shantou area.

Our Facility has invested in state-of-art instruments includes several units. The microscopy unit, Flow cytometry unit, Histology unit and General research supporting equipment unit. Access to all equipment is available 24/7 using a lab management platform-Bookitlab.

The Core Facility vision is to provide educational information, tutorials, and advice services of how to design, work and analyze your data so you can conduct an efficient and meaningful experiments and get your research at the forefront. For this purpose, the Core Facility is constantly looking for highly trained and experienced team members.
