Introduction:

The CFX96 Touch System is a six-channel (five colors and one FRET channel) real-time PCR instrument that combines advanced optical technology with precise temperature control to deliver sensitive, reliable detection for singleplex or multiplex reactions. Fixed light path technology (six LED lights and six photodiodes) enables optimal detection of dyes in each channel, allowing precise quantification and typing of target genes. You can quickly set up experiments and monitor amplification curves in real time on the integrated LCD touch screen, or you can use the easy-to-use operating software CFX Manager to set up experiments. Samples can be tested using 96-well plates or eight-well plates.
