Introduction:

The BD FACSAria III is a sorter that incorporates a fixed-alignment cuvette flow cell. Software wizards in FACSDiva software make aseptic sort easy and effective. The sorter in our facility have five lasers at 355nm, 407nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 633nm allowing for multicolor analysis of up to 20 parameters. It can sort 1, 2, 3, or 4 populations simultaneously and is equipped with an Automated Cell Deposition Unit (ACDU) for sorting into multi-well plates and slides. Patented Accudrop technology and real-time sorting monitoring Sweet Spot function ensure the best droplet delay time, high purity and yield of sorting.
