F09 – Registration Form for Patents Funded by the Chinese Government – 0224
Instructions:
According to the “Management Measures for Research Results of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Funded Projects” and the “Implementation Plan for Establishing a Declaration System for Patents Formed from Government-Funded Scientific Research Projects” (2024), patent results from NSFC-funded projects must declare the project type, name, and number in the State Intellectual Property Office’s patent business processing system when applying for patents. If needed, please fill out the attached form and send it to the intellectual property specialist at dee.chen@gtiit.edu.cn. We will submit the applications collectively. Note: Each government-funded scientific research project patent can only declare information from one government-funded scientific research project; if multiple projects are involved, only the project with the primary funding source needs to be declared.
