Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology adopts an international teaching model, equipped with high-level faculties and scientific research equipment, and is committed to building a research university with internationally recognized high-level education, scientific research and innovation capabilities. The university attaches great importance to the important position of laboratories in science and engineering universities. It has built 84 high-level laboratories in line with the standards of world-class universities, with a total investment of 340 million yuan, which is nearly 60 times the per-student standard of the Ministry of Education. The laboratory employs high-level domestic and foreign experts as directors to support teaching and scientific research internally and industrial development externally. With the support of high-level laboratories, the university’s industry collaboration has spread across more than ten provinces and cities, with a comprehensive scientific research funding of tens of millions.
