Eligibility
1. There should be no more than 5 host institutions of first proposer and the joint proposers.
2. The first proposer and the joint proposers may only propose or participate in 1 major project proposal in the same year.
3. The first proposer should be less than 70 years old; the joint proposers, in general, should be less than 70 years old as well.
