We are recruiting Master’s and PhD students to join our research group in atmospheric chemistry and aerosol science.

The Atmospheric Chemistry and Aerosol Science Laboratory at GTIIT, led by Prof. Sasho Gligorovski (https://www.gtiit.edu.cn/en/viewStaff.aspx?staffNo=1301), focuses on cutting-edge research in Atmospheric physical chemistry. Our primary goal is to understand the complex heterogeneous and multiphase chemical processes that drive the transformation of pollutants at environmental interfaces (e.g., air-water, air-solid, air-biological). We investigate how these processes influence indoor and outdoor air quality, climate, and human health. The group employs state-of-the-art experimental techniques, including advanced analytical instrumentation such as PTR-TOF-MS and novel simulation chambers, to probe reaction mechanisms and kinetics under realistic environmental conditions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious individual with a strong background in chemistry, environmental science, physics, or a related field. You should be passionate about experimental work, problem-solving, and fundamental scientific discovery. You will be integrated into a dynamic, international team and will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact scientific publications.
广以色列理工学院（GTIIT）大气化学与气溶胶科学实验室由 Sasho Gligorovski 教授领导，专注于大气物理化学领域的前沿研究。课题组的主要目标是理解污染物在环境界面，例如气-水、气-固和气-生物界面上发生转化的复杂非均相和多相化学过程。我们致力于研究这些过程如何影响室内外空气质量、气候以及人体健康。课题组采用先进的实验技术，包括 PTR-TOF-MS 等高端分析仪器以及新型模拟舱，在接近真实环境条件下探究反应机制与动力学过程。

- Language ability: English, Chinese
- A Bachelor’s (for MSc) or Master’s degree (for PhD) in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in a chemical laboratory.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior research experience in atmospheric chemistry, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, or aerosol science is an advantage.
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Python, MATLAB, R, Igor Pro).
- A proven record of scientific communication (e.g., presentations, publications).
- 学历要求：申请硕士项目者应已获得本科或同等学历；申请博士项目者应已获得硕士或同等学历。
- 经验要求：化学、环境科学、物理、化学工程或相关专业背景。一定的化学实验室经验，熟悉基本实验操作，并重视实验安全。如果你有大气化学、光谱学、质谱分析或气溶胶科学相关研究经历，将会是很好的加分项。
- 熟悉 Python、MATLAB、R、Igor Pro 等数据分析软件
- 能够独立思考和推进工作，也愿意与团队成员合作。
- 有学术报告、会议展示或论文发表经历者优先考虑。
