Environmental Engineering

Environmental Science and Engineering is an interdisciplinary field, which addresses the wide spectrum encompassing problems of environmental pollution in the atmosphere, the aquatic environment and the soil. The research program in GTIIT will develop cutting edge research in the fields of water treatment, wastewater treatment, soil remediation, ocean pollution remediation, river restoration, carbon cycling, sediments research and cleaning techniques and air pollution quantification and abatement.
