The Department of Physics at Technion seeks to educate the next generation of scientists and to equip them with skills to explore and to better understand the physical world. It is at the forefront of contemporary research in a wide range of fields in physics, including quantum computing, astrophysics, particle physics, nonlinear optics, solid-state physics, and biophysics. The department of physics has about 40 faculty members and over 100 graduate students. The graduate program is in English and we accept students to the master and PhD degree from abroad.
