SmartCard and Access Control
SmartCard and Top Up
In partnership with Shantou University (STU), our SmartCard is provided by STU. By using SmartCard ,we can:
- Enter or exit campus
- Access buildings and rooms
- Buy food & beverage in GTIIT/STU canteen
- Printing
- Access STU library and borrow books
- Access STU outdoor playground
- Top up in Alipay application
- Download and install Alipay application in your mobile phone.
- Open Alipay and go to Campus life->SmartCard->select School Name as Shantou University->input your SmartCard number and top up.

Please contact Campus Operation Department to report the loss of your SmartCard immediately at Office A108 or access https://helpdesk.gtiit.edu.cn to submit a ticket, your card will be locked to protect your money and against any abuse. You can contact Campus Operation Department to unblock your card if you manage to find it later.
Access Control System
We have established the access control system as one of our IT infrastructure from the fundamental campus networks.
- For the access control system authorization issue, please contact opsupport@gtiit.edu.cn or visit A108 in administration building for the relevant issue.
- For technical support, go to https://helpdesk.gtiit.edu.cn and submit an incident to IT department.
