4.Career workshops: tutorials will be offered regularly to provide practical skill training on job/internship search, graduate school applications while fitting into students’ busy schedules. All offers will be first presented in person to make sure the contents can be best tailored to students’ needs. At the same time, these workshops will all be recorded and stored in the Career Center Moodle site for students to view at their convenience. Stay tuned by following our event calendar.

5.Industry Exploration Program: GT programs are all applied subjects; thus, it is important to connect students with their future “industries” early on. We design programs for students to explore their interested careers through informational interviews, job shadowing, company visits and expert speaker events. Stay tuned by following our event calendar.

6.Career Mentor Program: nowadays no one can succeed in their career without a strong supportive network. In this network, cultivating relationships with potential mentors could be critical in one’s career growth. We design mentoring programs with peers, alums and industry professionals so that students can get support from peers and get insider views into a career from alums and industry experts. Watch for our invitation later in the semester.
