For Cohort 2022-2024 students:

Vice Chancellor’s List	100,000 Yuan	GPA >=90 and ranked top 5% in department/study program
Dean’s List	75,000 Yuan	GPA >=85 and ranked top 15% in department/study program
Department/Program Head’s List	50,000 Yuan	GPA >=85 and ranked top 25% in department/study program

Student shall study at least 34 credits in the previous academic year.

For Cohort 2025 students:

Student shall study at least 34 credits in the previous academic year.

Note: For Cohort 2024 and 2025, students who were awarded the Gaokao Scholarship when they enrolled at GTIIT are entitled to receive an extra bonus (extra 10,000 RMB for Dean’s List and extra 5000 RMB for DH/PH's List) if they are awarded the Academic Excellence Awards each academic year.

The specific thresholds shall be subject to the scholarship policy announced by GTIIT for the respective year.
